As a courtesy, clients will receive a text and email reminder 24 hours before their scheduled appointment.
As a courtesy to your stylist and other appointment seekers, appointments must be cancelled 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
A $25 fee will be added to the bill of your next appointment if you do not cancel your appointment 6 hours prior to the time frame.
A $25 fee will be added to the bill of your next appointment for no call/no show.
As a courtesy, a 15-minute grace period will be extended to scheduled appointments for unexpected delays. Please do not abuse this courtesy.
Appointments will have to be rescheduled after the 15-minute grace period and a $25 reschedule fee will be added to the bill of the next appointment.
A Client Consultation is required for all Permanent Hair Color Services. Permanent color services will not be performed during a first appointment.
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be collected at the time that the appointment is booked for all new clients, 6am and 7am appointments.
Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.
Due to limited space, only clients who are being serviced are allowed in the salon.
Food is not allowed in the salon unless it is provided by the salon.
A $10 discount will be given to clients for referrals.
